How far in advance should I order my dress?

 

Designers usually have different delivery time frame, however, we suggest that you order at least 20 weeks in advance to allow time for alterations. For help with group orders, please call Beautifully Elegant at 866.689.4790 or visit the Set up Bridal Party page. 

 

 

Whats the best way to order dresses for bridesmaids (I would like the same dye lot)? 

 

Our consultants strongly recommend you set up your bridal party.  A lot of brides tell their bridesmaids what dress designer, style and color to order, however, designers do not guarantee dye lot. When you set up your bridal party with us, we can keep track of the orders for you and place a group order with the designer to enable your party get the same dye lot.

 

To set up your bridal party, please contact us with your name, phone number, dress designer, style, color and list of bridesmaids.

 

 

Do you offer any additional bridesmaids group order discount?

 

Yes, discounts are available for some designers.

 

 

How can I determine which size is right for me? 

 

Designers size charts are made available on our site. Please consult individual designer size chart for specific measurements, as the size charts reflects how each designer sizes are cut. It is really important to follow the individual designers chart. Please keep in mind that some form of alteration will be needed as sizes are generic and garments are not made to measure.

 

If you have any questions about the fit of a particular dress or would like a recommendation for your figure, call 866.689.4790 to speak with a Consultant. You will need the measurements for your bust, waist and hips. We will gladly advise you of sizing, but as the purchaser, you are responsible for the size and any special option ordered. 

 

 

Do you have fabric swatches available? 

 

Fabric swatches are available at a fee for some designers. Bari Jay and Watters fabric swatches are free for bridal party already set up with us. (Note: We must have receive at least one order from that party).

 

 

Are these dresses used and/or originals? 

 

All garments offer are new and direct from the designer. We are a bridal boutique located in Raleigh, North Carolina.

 

 

Can I pick up my order in store? 

 

Yes. In store pick-up is available for clients in the Raleigh, North Carolina area. This option is available during the checkout process. 

 

 

What is Rush Cut? 

 

Rush cut is a service offered by designers. With this option, the designer will make your dress outside of their normal processing time frame. ( Ex. With a Bari Jay 4-6 weeks rush cut, Bari Jay will make your dress within 4 weeks and at the end of the fourth week they will ship it out to the store.) You can expect to receive your dress order by the end of the sixth week. 

 

 

What is your return policy on dresses ordered? 

 

All Bridal, Bridesmaid and Prom gown sales are final and cannot be cancelled at the point of purchase. Due to the special nature of our merchandise, we cannot accommodate exchanges or refunds under any circumstances. In addition, our vendors are unable to cancel or make any changes or modifications to any order once it has been placed. Please be sure of the style, size, color, and any other specifications before submitting your order. 

** The order you are submitting is a final sale and no refunds or cancellations are allowed by the manufacturer of your garment(s) or Beautifully Elegant. In the event there is a status change on your order there are no exceptions to this clause.

ALL PAYMENTS/DEPOSIT MADE CONFIRMS A SATISFIED CUSTOMER AND THE WAIVER OF THE RIGHT TO CANCEL PURCHASE. ANY MERCHANDISE OTHER THAN STOCK IS SPECIAL ORDERED AND CUT FOR YOU.

Sizes are generic. Garments are not made to measure. Alterations are not included and should in most cases, be expected. We will gladly advise you of sizing, but as the purchaser, you make the final decision. 

 

 

Is there a charge for sales tax?

 

There is no charge for sales tax on all orders shipped outside the state of North Carolina. North Carolina customers are charged 8.00% sales tax.

 

How can I check the status of my order?

We notify our customers by email at various points of the ordering process (with dress orders, you will receive a second email with your order estimated delivery date within 3-7 business days after your order confirmation email). You can also check the status of your order by visiting the order status page and entering your order number and email address.
