Domestic (USA) Shipping Policy
Our Shipping Policy
We use United Parcel Service (UPS) or Federal Express to ship all domestic orders. All of our dress orders are shipped with signature requirement, if you are unavailable to receive package and it is return to us, you will be responsible for any fees we may incur and the cost of having the package reshipped. Please plan accordingly
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation for your order. This email will contain details of your order including your order number, product description and total amount.
We have a 3-5 business days (weekends not included) processing time on all orders; our processing time does not include the dress designer processing time frame and the shipper (UPS, FedEx) delivery time.
For dress orders: Once your order has been placed with the designer you will receive a second email with the order estimated delivery date. Please allow 10-16 weeks for order delivery.
A final email will be sent once your order is ready to be shipped from our boutique. This email will contain your tracking number. Please remember to add BeautifullyElegant.com to your email safe list, this will ensure important order information is not filter to your junk mail.
